Final Sale Policy

All artwork sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. Our product listings include detailed images and descriptions to help you make an informed decision, and what you see on our site is a true reflection of what you’ll receive.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help. Please inspect your artwork upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

How to Report Damaged Artwork

1. Contact Us
   Email us at info@maplemosaicdesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage.

2. Review & Assessment
   We’ll assess the situation and determine the best course of action. If your claim is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping
   For approved damage claims, Maple Mosaic Designs will cover return shipping costs.

4. Resolution
   Once we receive and inspect the damaged artwork, we’ll either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Important Exclusions

Our policy does not cover damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, improper installation, or environmental exposure. We recommend handling artwork with care and displaying it away from extreme humidity or direct sunlight.

European Union Orders – 14-Day Return Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
