Damaged Artwork
We stand behind the quality and condition of our artwork. However, we understand that unexpected issues may occur during shipping. In the rare event that you receive artwork that is damaged, we are here to help. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process for Damaged Artwork
- Notification: Please notify us at info@maplemosaicdesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving your order if the artwork arrives damaged. Include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
- Evaluation: Upon receiving your claim, we will promptly evaluate the situation. Our team will assess the damage to determine the best course of action.
- Resolution: If your return claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged artwork to us. Maple Mosaic Designs will cover any shipping costs associated with the return of damaged goods.
- Replacement or Refund: Once the damaged artwork is received and inspected, we will either send you a replacement piece (if available) or issue a full refund for the purchase price to your original method of payment.

Please note that our returns policy does not cover damages caused by the customer's handling, installation, or display of the artwork. It is limited to damages incurred during shipping or those present upon delivery.
